Mission Statement

Why Not Me Services believes that our success will be measured by the way we touch the lives of those who are entrusted to our care.  We will always strive to treat others with the same respect and dignity as we would expect.  We are committed to providing safe and nurturing host home families to enable and empower each individual to live their best life.

* The Division of Services for People with Disabilities (DSPD) is a Division within the Utah State Department of Human Services commissioned with the responsibility of serving and supporting people who have Intellectual Disabilities, Related Conditions, Acquired Brain Injuries and Physical Disabilities.

People who receive the supports and services reside in the community where they live a self-determined life.  The supports and services prescribed for the person are identified in the Person Centered Support Plan (PCSP).  The PCSP's term typically spans twelve months and defines how the services and supports will aid the person in achieving their personal goals and ambitions.
